Saudi Contractors Authority (SCA) is partnering with Construction Week Middle East, as the latter gears up to host its flagship conference Leaders in Construction in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt.
As Saudi Arabia’s government body responsible for organising and developing the contracting sector, SCA will address the growing construction landscape in the kingdom.
Under the terms of the partnership, SCA will act as the Sector Regulator for the Leaders in Construction KSA Summit, while SCA Governor Eng Thabet Al-Swayeed will deliver the keynote speech elaborating on the construction landscape in the kingdom.
In addition, SCA will be the Associate Partner at the Leaders in Construction Summit in the UAE and the Egypt, for which the Governor’s topic of presentation will be current construction landscape in Saudi Arabia.
SCA to illustrate the Saudi construction market through keynote presentations
The building and construction sector is considered the second largest non-oil sector in the kingdom, with the contracting industry representing an integral part of the sector. That said, SCA aims at building distinct productive competencies and creating a safe environment of international quality.
The governing authority also functions to find appropriate solutions to the problems and crises facing contractors in general, encouraging innovation and enhancing the communication process among all relevant parties in the sector.
The conference will feature keynote speeches, one-on-one sessions, panel discussions, and presentations that will focus on the topics related to the built environment.
