What’s new in this week’s “What’s New in Saudi’?
In this episode, we take a look at the new multi-purpose sports facility launched by the Saudi Sports for All Federation (SFA) in Dammam. The SFA Dome is the latest offering from the federation to promote sports and physical activity in the kingdom.
Another story that’s making news on this side of the kingdom is the launch of Saudi Downtown Company (SDC) by HRH Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. The PIF-backed company will aim to develop and build downtown areas and mixed-use destinations in 12 cities throughout the kingdom.
Last, but not the least, the big story of the week, that has everyone buzzing is Saudi Arabia’s cabinet reshuffle. Saudi’s King Salman has named Crown prince MBS as the new Prime Minister of the kingdom.
