The winner has stood out for fast-tracking the project ahead of the original schedule. The sheer size of AMMAD Business Park and its strategic location in Saudi Arabia’s Dhahran also made it the talk of the town even prior to finishing.

The CW KSA Awards 2022 took place in Riyadh on the 9 November and brought together leading industry executives from the region to celebrate excellence in the built environment.
