Mammoet has successfully installed the first batch of modularly-constructed ‘overwater villas’ for Red Sea Global’s Sheybarah Island Resort.
This includes the first prefabricated, stainless steel overwater villa orb. To support the shipment of the villas from the UAE to Saudi Arabia, the company has teamed up with P&O Maritime Logistics.
The heavy lifting and transport company was awarded the contract for the transportation and installation of 73 villa pods back in May 2022.
