Saudi offers investors $1.6bn projects

Investors are invited to explore the kingdom’s Eastern coastline

The Saudi government has invited investors to explore $1.6 billion worth of projects on the Eastern coastline.

This includes the Nisf Al Qamar Bay covering an area of more than 3 million sqm, the largest to be offered by the government in the region.

Some of the sectors to be explored include tourism, marine, health, sports, infrastructure, and amusement. The projects will also come with incentives such as contract leases of up to 50 years, low bank guarantee from investors of 25% of the lease value, and tax exemption of up to 10% of the contract value.
