The real estate developer ROSHN has signed seven agreements worth $2.13 billion to develop various infrastructure and facilities in its different communities around the Kingdom.
The contracts were awarded to China Harbour Engineering Company, Shapoorji Pallonji & Company, Ansab General Contracting Company, Al Kifah Precast Company, among others.
Through these contracts, the Public Investment Fund (PIF)-backed ROSHN aims to develop various facilities, including developing and constructing housing units, infrastructure, and schools.
