The Red Sea Global (RSG) has awarded Hassan Allam Construction Saudi a major contract for its Rosewood Residence and Hotel in Amaala.
The contract will be implemented by Hassan Allam Construction Saudi in a joint venture with Rawabi Specialised Contracting.
Rosewood Amaala will include branded residences incluidng villas and hotel villas as well as main hotel, with a total build-up area of 50,500 sqm.
Strategically located, it will be surrounded by the world’s fourth-largest reef and the scenic Hijazi mountains.
