The National Housing Company (NHC) and the Ministry of Housing signed a total of 18 investment agreements and more than $6.4 billion for the launch of the large residential suburb Al Fursan.
Located in Northeast Riyadh, the suburb of Al Fursan spans over 35 million sqm area surrounded by 6 million sqm of green space. This includes 50,000 residential units and over 190 vital facilities and commercial centres.Â
The NHC also announced the second phase of Khuzam Suburb.
