DarGlobal, Dar Al Arkan’s Dubai-based subsidiary, has awarded a $64.5 million contract in Downtown Dubai to China State Construction Engineering Corporation – Middle East (CSCEC ME).
The contract covers the development of DarGloba’s new residential tower W Residence, the company’s third project in Downtown Dubai.
Units at the W Residences project has already been sold out. Set to be completed in December 2025, the building will feature apartments with views of Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain.
