Saudi-based Dallah Healthcare Company is set to build a new hospital in the north of Riyadh.
The designated area covers over a 45,000 sqm area within the company’s own land in the crossing of Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq Road with Prince Saud Bin Abduallah bin Jalawi in Riyadh-Al-Arid district.
The hospital, which boasts a total built-up area of 87,300 sqm, will have 250 beds in the initial stage with possibility for further expansion, it added.
The preparatory works on the new healthcare facility will begin in the coming days and the project is likely to be completed in Q4 of 2025, said Dallah Healthcare Company in its filing to the Saudi bourse Tadawul.
