Nasdaq Dubai-listed Depa, interior solutions group, has secured works on one of Saudi Arabia’s hospitality gigaprojects worth $27.2mn (AED100mn).
Depa Interiors, which specialises in providing interior solutions to the hospitality, residential, commercial, transport, and civil infrastructure sectors, secured the significant hospitality package within one of the kingdom’s well-known gigaprojects.
Additionally, the firm has recently secured a number of luxury retail store fit-outs in Riyadh and Jeddah totaling approximately $5.54mn (AED20mn).
Depa’s increased focus on Saudi Arabia
Commenting on the contract win, Kevin Lewis, Depa’s group CEO, said: “This is the second large-scale hospitality project secured in the KSA in recent weeks.
“[We are] also increasing focus on this market, we are looking forward to continued growth in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.”
The contract win comes just over a month after the firm secured two contracts worth $41mn (AED150mn) in Jeddah for a hospitality brand.
The company secured a fit-out package for a prominent hospitality project within a high-rise mixed-use development in the centre of Dubai worth more than $21m(AED78m), the company stated in a missive posted on Nasdaq Dubai.
