Saudi Egyptian Developers (SED) has signed a $13 million contract with Kuwait’s Al-Kharafi Group to work on the Bleu Vert project in Egypt’s New Administrative Capital.
The scope of the contract includes utilities, roads, sewage, Internet connectivity, and external walls and gates.
Blue Vert is being developed for a total investment of $147 million. SED has already completed 10% of the work and plans to finish the rest by mid-2024.
Once done, Bleu Vert will encompass 70 acres of 208 villas and 34 apartment buildings.
