Retal Urban Development Company purchased land plots for $38.37 million in Al Muhammadiyah district, Jeddah.
Sold by Al-Nahla Trading and Contracting Company, the land plot covers 23,970 sqm.
Retal, which intends to build residential villas on the plot, will finance the purchase through existing credit facilities as well as its own resources.
