Roshn has announced the launch of Warefa, a key residential project in capital Riyadh, featuring 2,000 housing units
Powered by kingdom’s wealth fund Public Investment Fund (PIF), Roshn’s launch will also include key commercial and lifestyle amenitie.
Located on a 1.4 million-sqm area in the Janadriyah district, east of Riyadh, Warefa will be home to some 13,000 people who will be housed in residential units built as per Salmani architecture.
Warefa will also include health and educational facilities, mosques, green spaces, squares and public parks. This is in addition to 160,000 sqm of public parks and open spaces to enhance the wellbeing of residents.
