Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund has received two awards at the Global Capital Syndicated Loan Awards ceremony in London last week.
The PIF was awarded the Emerging Markets Loan of the Year as well as the Middle East Loan of the Year in the ceremony.
Some of the entity’s 71 companies have been operating in 13 sectors, creating 500,000 direct and indirect jobs. Overall, PIF has been managing $620 billion worth of assets as of the first quarter of 2022.
The 20th annual Syndicated Loan, Leveraged Finance and Private Debt Awards Dinner was held at the Waldorf Hilton in London, hosting guests from a number of leading banks, investment firms and advisers from Europe, Middle East and Africa region.
