Top 30 KSA Construction Firms
Construction Week Middle East unveils the Top 30 KSA Construction Firms 2022 list, our annual ranking of Saudi Arabia’s largest construction companies which are helping bring the kingdom’s multi-billion-dollar mega and gigaprojects to life aligned with the nation’s Vision 2030.
As the name suggests, the list has been designed to feature the top 30 contracting giants who are propelling construction and infrastructure activities while driving economic growth in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
During the process of producing the list, Construction Week Middle East’s editorial team contacted contractors from around the country, and sent out questionnaires to learn more about their accomplishments in the past 12 months. This year we’ve revised the list by only featuring local construction companies in KSA.
The list was finalised based on the following criteria: major successes over the past 12 months; projects completed in the past 12 months; total value of these projects; current backlog; and 2021 revenue.
This year’s final ranking of the Top 30 KSA Construction Firms was based on responses from the companies, publicly available information about the companies, and the editorial team’s combined assessment of the kingdom’s most active Saudi construction companies in the past 12 months.
