AL-AYUNI Investment and Contracting Company has been classified as a ‘First Class’ contractor in Saudi Arabia since 2006. It operates in several business lines including roads and bridges, railways, buildings, equipment O&M, education, information technology, marble and mining, precast production, water & power, gas, real estate, automotive, and manpower services.
The company’s headquarters is a 17,000m2 open-space building with a capacity for 1,000 people located in the Alia Plaza in the north of Riyadh.
The contractor employs more than 8,000 multinational workforce; possesses a line of over 6,000 machinery and equipment. Till date it has delivered more than 500 projects for over 50 clients having utilised materials made across its over 60 material production centres.
Some of the contractor’s ongoing projects include site development for City Centre Al Markaz Al-Idari in the kingdom covering infrastructure development for approximately 330ha and 23km of internal roads. Major scope includes the earthworks, demolition works, road works, all other underground utilities networks and landscaping work.
In the past it has delivered projects including Arafat infrastructure project, Wadi Hanifa infrastructure works, Tabuk-Duba Road flyover, CTW Railway project, Sharma – Albida – Al Sherif – Al Hakul Road, among other projects.
