C&P

Established in 2004, Construction & Planning Co Ltd (C&P) was formed by the merger of Via Vision Group and Al Ajlani Contracting Co Ltd C&P was founded on the basis of developing high quality and innovative architectural concepts as well as Lump Sum Turn Key projects (LSTK).

C&P has pioneered in different fields from large commercial projects to small residential projects. The company’s team of architects, engineers, designers, and project managers have developed a diverse range of designs and completed a wide range of buildings including hospitals, malls, hotels, restaurants, spas, corporate offices, city centres, and residential projects, as well as agricultural and landscaping mega projects.

Some of the company’s renowned projects include executing the headquarters of Apple Inc. Saudi Arabia, National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri), Saudi Technology Development and Investment Company (Taqnia).

C&P has also delivered the headquarters of multinational companies such as Strategy&, Deloitte, and Dell and banks such as Samba Bank and Deutsche Bank.

In the past, C&P has completed the construction and fit-out of the AMC Cinemas across the Kingdom, including in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dawadmi, and Hafr Al Batin alongside the consultancy JLL and HCO.
