MASAH Specialized Construction

MASAH Specialized Construction was founded in 2006 and has been registered as a Saudi Company under SAGIA with ‘Skill Construction’ as an international Partner.

Till date the company has built 10 hospitals, seven high-rise towers. In the past 13 years the company has worked on 25 different projects with a varied scope of work starting from site preparation to infrastructure, MEP, building and exterior designs works.

In the past 12 months, the company’s most significant accomplishments were the completion of Al Moosa Specialist Hospital North Tower project with LEED Gold standards in Al Ahsa, completion of Ajdan Residential Tower 36 floors in Khobar Waterfront, completion of the structural phase of Suliman Al Habib Hospital North of Riyadh project, the largest healthcare facility in the Middle East and North Africa.

The company also signed the agreement and starting construction work for Teshelat project for three gas stations owned by Saudi Aramco and Total. Its ongoing projects also include Al-Habib Specialist Hospitals in Qassim, Riyadh, and Al-Hamra, and three gas stations project as well as a housing project for the Ministry of Defence with a combined value of $586.5mn (SAR2.2bn).

MASAHSpecialized Construction company is currently tendering for gigaprojects with Public Investment Fund Companies (PIF).
