Al-Rashid Trading & Contracting Company
Al-Rashid Trading & Contracting Company (RTCC) was established in 1957 and since then has expanded in the contracting sector in the Kingdom.
RTCC was awarded with contracts to build numerous houses, college campus, medical centres, infrastructure, water supply works, and railway project from renowned clients.
The contractor has worked for the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Finance as well as the Ministry of Water & Electricity in Saudi Arabia.
It has also delivered projects for Saudi Railway (SAR) and Public Investment Fund (PIF).
As a general contractor, RTCC has undertaken and executed all major works such as civil, architectural, mechanical and electrical works.
In September 2021, Saudi Arabia’s Diriyah Gate Development Authority (DGDA) selected RTCC for an infrastructure package linked to its master planned Diriyah Gate gigaproject in Riyadh.
As part of the contract the Riyadh-headquartered company will deliver the Area A package, which covers infrastructure, civil, landscaping and associated works, including utility networks and about 80km of roads.
In the past, RTCC has worked on the Shuqaiq 1 desalination plant, along with ACCIONA, under a design and construction contract worth $384m.
