AlFouzan General Construction is one of the leading providers of integrated solutions services in the construction industry across the kingdom and the wider region.

Since its founding more than four decades ago, the company has concentrated its efforts on reshaping the face of construction and development in Saudi Arabia, led by its chairman Mohammad A. AlFouzan.

From infrastructure development to healthcare facilities, hospitality and housing development to education and office buildings, as well as facilities management, the company has been active across several verticals.

The company has a portfolio of the biggest projects in the kingdom including Jeddah Economic City, Dar Al Hijra Madinah, Jazan General Hospital, Prince Mohammad Bin Abdulaziz Hospital; King Abdullah Medical City in Makkah; and King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre. Previously, the company won a contract from Bahrain’s Arabian Gulf University (AGU) to construct King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Academic Medical Centre, a project within the Saudi-funded King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Medical City. The project was funded through a $267mn (SAR1bn) grant from the late Saudi King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

One of the most significant projects of the company is the 302m-tall Jeddah Tower, previously the Kingdom Tower.
