ABV Rock Group
In 1974, ABV Rock Group registered and opened its main office in Saudi Arabia in Jeddah and a branch in Yanbu. The company originated from Armerad Betong Vägförbättringar, which was founded 1918 in Sweden.
During the mid-1980 the Government of Saudi Arabia decided to implement a nationwide Strategic Storage Programme and ABV Rock Group was contracted for the execution. The Saudi Strategic Storage Programme (SSSP) commenced in 1987 and was completed and handed over 22 years later in 2010.
ABV Rock Group is currently working on a number of projects at King Saud University and other locations in and around Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Other projects include the Security Forces Medical City in Jeddah and the Security Forces Medical City in Riyadh. Three hospital buildings, an academic and clinical centre, research areas, specialised hospitals for mental health, and a gynecology and obstetrics hospital make up the Riyadh Security Forces Medical City.
The company has also worked on maintenance and renovation projects for King Saud University, including the utility tunnel, university expansion, and the medical building of King Khaled University Hospital.
The company undertakes construction of airports, hospitals, industrial plants, dams and bridges including all associated electrical, mechanical and civil works.
