FARE Constructio
Founded as the construction division of Fawaz A. Al Hokair & Partners Company, the company was established in 1997 to meet the growing construction and interior decoration needs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The construction division actively participated in the growth and development of its business by maintaining superior quality, meeting budget, and timely completion of the projects.
Later in 2001, the construction division underwent a major expansion and FARE Construction was registered as a construction company in 2003.
FARE Construction has delivered projects such as Dental College, King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM), which is a public university in Dhahran, Marriott Courtyard, Aloft Hotel, Oyayna Housing Phase 1, Mall of Arabia, Mall of Dhahran, Makkah Mall, Jubail Mall, among others.
The contractor’s portfolio of under construction projects include Dammam Mall in Dhahran; University Avenue and Khaleej Mall in Riyadh; Courtyard Marriott in Jeddah; Administration Science College; Najran University Hospital; Khurais Hospital; and Four Points by Sheraton in Jeddah.
FARE Construction’s annual turnover exceeds $266.6mn (SAR1bn) and it employs more than 1,100 skilled workers.
