IHCC has secured its position on Construction Week Middle East’s Top 30 KSA Construction Firms’ 2022 list for the second time in a row due to its proven financial stability and exceptional technical capabilities.

Since the 1980s, IHCC has continued to provide engineering and construction solutions for highly sophisticated facilities requiring special installations and complex structures such as large-scale medical cities and mixed-use developments across the MENA region.

IHCC provides a wide-range of in-house specialised services, including design, engineering, construction, MEP, finishing & fit-out, energy efficiency, building sustainability solutions, facilities management and investments.

Being a turnkey solution provider, IHCC has also implemented the latest technologies to provide its services and developed solutions supporting integration and high-performance buildings concepts through its operations. This was done by creating a new concept from the Building Management System (BMS) named (BMS+) for maximising the performance of a building.

For 2022, IHCC has expanded its operations to new regions, such as Morocco and opened new offices overseas, becoming one of the major Saudi contractors targeting mega-projects globally.

Under the leadership of its chairman and CEO Sultan Sobhi Batterjee, IHCC has shown steady growth and expanded its services by creating business units to deliver integrated solutions, and also diversified its operations to include public-private partnership (PPP) projects across various sectors.

Additionally, the company has also completed various large-scale projects in the Kingdom during last year, including Dammam Medical City, Centres of Excellence Complex in Dubai, and Al Jamea Medical Centre in Jeddah.
