Red Sea International
Saudi Arabian Stock Exchange-listed Red Sea International has executed projects in more than 60 countries, has manufacturing operations in four countries. The company has been actively engaged in gigaprojects such as NEOM, The Red Sea Project, and has delivered the Japan Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai.
The firm’s achievements in the past 12 months includes signing a $16.14mn (SAR60.54mn) contract with The Red Sea Development Company, the developer behind the world’s most ambitious regenerative tourism project, The Red Sea Project. Red Sea International’s scope of work entails design, manufacture, supply, and install three complexes in the Western region, to support the construction activities of luxury hotels on three islands in the Red Sea (Sheybarah/Ummahat Al Shaikh islands).
In January 2022, the company inked a seven-year extension contract worth $19.4mn (SAR73m) with Schlumberger to provide FM services for one of its mobile camps in the Eastern region to support its oil drilling operations.
It also signed a seven-year contract worth $65.5mn (SAR245.8mn) with oil field services giant Baker Hughes in December 2021. The company will design, manufacture, supply, and manage remote mobile modular buildings or camps to support Baker Hughes’ oil drilling operations in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern region.
